Between 4 July - 17 July 2019, the Communications team at North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) conducted an engagement exercise seeking views about the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service provided across Colchester and Tendring.
As part of the survey, the CCG asked for people’s experiences of using IAPT services in the area. It was an opportunity to share feedback on major themes such as how people would prefer to access the service, asking what is most important about the service provided and how it could be improved for the future.
The survey also explored what the CCG should aim for in a new service design.
100 people responded to the survey.
Listen to Rob Chandler, Mental Health Transformation Lead, explain how we've used your feedback to shape requirements set out in the contracts for the chosen provider.
